I have been using AI tools to help speed up the research required to develop my ideas about cultural evolution in response to the twin environmental crises of global warming and the exhaustion of the Earth. I am not using AI to perform any actual writing. That remains my work, though I do use Grammarly to check for grammar and punctuation problems. This has been a longstanding practice.
To maintain transparency, I will post all of my use of ChatGPT here. This will include transcripts of all of my interactions in ascending chronological order. If your experience of AI is limited to the AI that appears as “AI Overview” in your Google searches, you will be surprised by the breadth and depth of the interactions.
